Renault is a fly by night company that does care about their customers POOR QUALITY CAR AMATEUR REPAIR GUYS

Yhoo i do not even know where to start, took my car (triber) for its first service last year October and from there it has been giving me issues where i literally book it in every week, from Oct to date i have booked it in over 20 times it has diff issues it says check engine sometimes it does not start sometimes it heats up like crazy as if it will lit into fire sometimes it makes funny noise like a whole lot of stuff which seems like they can not get right it is at Renault Edenvale like right now for the millionth time. I can not go to work i can not take my kids to school. I need to go home Eastern Cape i do not have a car they cant even give me courtesy car like what the heck such inconvenience for the car that i bought cash at Renault Northcliff. Can i please get a complete different car i now need to change completely from this car and i do not want to involve ombudsman in this because i feel like i am being taken for a ride by renault
