Renault in breach of warranty foor 3 years and refuses to help

Due to the most insultingly atrocitious after sales service, I have not had a passenger side sunvisor for all.osy the entire time ive owned this pathetic excuse for a car, and nooooo one has bothered to help. Multiple people have said (especially on punlicensed social media) that "someone will contact act me and sort me out". All lip service.

Renault has been in breach of their wrranty agreement for 3 years now, in that they have not replaced a faulty part with a fixed one in 3 years, despite all my kicking, screaming, visting the Paarden Eiland service branch, and posting on social media. In fact to be veryclear, they [finally,] replaced the faulty part with another faulty part that broke immediately, and have done nothing to fix it since. I feel they are apathetic.

Approximate Timeline of Issue:
1. Bought a brand new Renault Sandero in Gauteng in ~August 2013, from Renault Route 24 (it was a trade-in)/
2. ~6 months after purchase in February 2014, both sunvisors peeled off due to faulty plastic. This happened literally a few days before leaving for Cape Town permanently.
3. Once in Cape Town I reported the faults to the Renautl Tokai branch in March 2014, and made an order to replace the parts on warranty.
4. ~3 months later when I followed up, they did not even know about my order. They had a staff change and due to incompetence had not placed my order yet.
5. Unhappy, I went to the Paarden Eiland branch and placed the same order in warranty.
6. It took this branch over 1 year to bring my replacements!, which they finally did ~June 2015. But their incomptence meant that they only ordered only one new visor (the drivers side), when both were broken. I had quite obviously ordered both but their order sheet contained just the one order.
7. It took several more months, but in around October 2015 they finally brought me the passenger side visor.
8. However this reaplacement was itself faulty and popped out of it's socket only days after they had fitted it. I reported this immediately, but since then no action has been taken despite me calling it out at my last 2 anual services (end of 2015 and recently in ~Sept 2016).
9. At the cars annual service at the end of 2015 (about 1.5 years after they originally broke), I reminded them they still needed to fix the passengor side visor which they had replaced with a faulty one. After the service, I could see that all they had done was "bang it back in" probabluy with their hands, as it literally popped out immediatly once I received the car back from the service. Nothing I had done seemed to be getting traction and I felt Renautl was bascially calling my bluff thinking I would not pursue action over somethign as silly as a sunvisor.
10. Another year later I was at my ~October 2016 service, and this time they noticed "I had a broken visor". Clearly the staff has changed in the alst 3 years!! I said "of course I do it's been broken for 3 years now and you guys arent fixing it". They assured me they would order a new part and contact me soonest, but predictably I have not heard a word sionce and I bet anything that if I called (which Im hesitatnt to do becuase that route has been a dead end for 3 years now), I bet you anything they have not ordered the part.
11. It's now November 2016. This means I have owned the car for ~38 months, of which I have only had a functionaly passenger-sie sunvisor for ~5 of those months (in the beggining of ownership). Needless to say I cannot wait for the opportunity to trade this car in or sell it to move to another car brand, amd my trust in this brand has been destroyed.

****** Renault. Future ownerst deserve to know to be wary of purchasing as they will never bothered helping you even for a sunvisor. Imagine if the engine broke! Disgusting pathetic and a disgrace.
