Renault Hillcrest - avoid at all costs!

Once the sale is made they are very unhelpful. My new car of only 7/8 months old has had so many problems. They agree to order parts for a factory fault and I've been waiting for 3 weeks with an unsafe faulty car on the road. I've asked for a courtesy car and they do not provide. As of today, my car cannot drive and I've had no help from them or their service centre. I was warned against buying a Renault, and now I know why. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
