Renault has a long way to go

Extremely unprofessional. Imagine giving in your vehicle on time dor repairs and after multiple calls and messages getting no feedback at all. I’m starting to wonder if my car has been sold. No call to provide feedback, no returned messages - nada. So I made the call to go through and found out everyone is struggling. Honestly, how are these guys still in business?
