I bought a car in February and at the time there was a special running where you only start paying in June 2018, everything was going smoothly until when I had to sign the contract. On the contract no mention of the 1st month of debit order starting in June so now I queried with the Sales Rep Simphiwe Sibaya, as one of the reasons of buying was the special. I told him I won't go ahead with the sale and the amazing part was that all of a sudden he didn't know anything about the special and we went to his Manager Trevor to try sort this out also he has no clue what special I was talking about. I also showed him on their site the special was there and also my communication with Simphiwe all excited I'm only starting in June to pay. Trevor made a deal with me that instead of me not going through with the sale and leaving empty handed my 1st month of the debit order will be in April then he will reimburse me and so technically I will only start paying May 2018. I was happy with the deal even though I was **** to but thought it's still a good deal. After the debit order went through in April I contacted Simphiwe to let him know so they can reimburse as per Trevor's promise and it seemed as if I was gonna get my money as Simphiwe was responding to my mails requesting my banking details, ID etc Up to today I'm still waiting and my calls and emails are being ignored I also tried to contact Trevor and spoke to him once (sometime in May) where he said Simphiwe was sorting it out.
