Renault Germiston Ridiculous!!!!

Renault Germiston is ridiculous!! Most horrible service I have ever experienced. I took my car for the 1st time to have a rackling sound to be fixed and they told me to return the car where I bought it. Now I took it for service as I had no choice because it is the closest Renault to my work and only for them to still have not picked me up and I have to fetch my son at preschool, I am still waiting. I am never ever taking my car there. They actually deserve a 0 rating!!!All renault owners, do yourselves a favour and do not take your car there!!!!!!!!!!!!!
