I have visited Renault Gateway to look at purchasing the Triber. My sales person Devendran Naidoo and Nikesh Davids have just been phenomenal. I have never experienced service like I had from any other dealership before. I completed and signed my credit application form just to see how much I qualify for. I had only confirmed everything telephoncally that I wanted to go ahead andbpurchase the Triber with Deven and informed him of all the extras I wanted and had literally given him just 3 days to get the vehicle to the showroom and get the extras done to my vehicle. He did not even ask for a deposit and proceeded to do the updates. I could literally just change my mind but this is the kind-of trust they place in their customers. Something like that is very hard to find. Nik went the extra mile to ensure he got me the best interest rate and advise that I never knew I could do before. I was not even charged for the smash and grab tint. I was very surprised that my car was ready on time and was even given a basket of goodies to take home. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Renault Gateway Branch.
