Renault frustration ??

I purchased my car at Renault Clearwater in Aug this year. Sold to me by a salesman called Tumi (not certain of surname). Ever since my signature went on the documents I had nothing but run arounds and disregard from him. My temporary permit expired before I got my number plates and license disk. I asked him if I can another since my things are not ready yet. I was told that that will be an issue as they are paid for. I was stopped twice by metro cops and told that if my permit has expired, it means I am driving *******ly without number plates and a license disk, which amounts to a fine of R2000. R1000 for the license disk and R500 for each number plate. On both occasions I was given a pass by the cops because I showed them that I have been struggling with this salesman and had the conversations on whatsap. I told him about me being caught by metro cops and he said nothing. I was unable to go tolhe branch because I work in pretoria and live in jhb. So I leave early and come back after they have closed. Eventually once my plates came he told me that they will not come to pretoria to fit them because it was already late and almost knock off time for the guy who fits them. My husband decided to just fetch the number plates to have them fitted elsewhere. Unfortunately we went to a few far clinics around our neighborhood to try fit them and they told us they do not have number plates. I then called Tumi again and asked if he cannot call a renault in pretoria to organize for me to fit them there. He told me I should just go and speak to them myself. I called and was informed that I would have to pay R400 to install my number plates. I am frustrated and annoyed to say the least. Wondering if this is the culture of renault sales people, where they go above and beyond just until your signiture is on the sales agreement? I've experienced nothing but total disregard and lack of initiative and concern by Tumi. I would never recommend a purchase at renault based on my experience. ??
