Renault Fourways told me that its normal to for my car I purchased from them 13 days ago to malfunction , that's what Tribers do but that's not how the car should behave

Mpho one of the managers at Renault told me that its normal for the car I purchased 13 days ago to malfunction and for brake pads to make funny/unusual sounds . What a horrible way to treat a customer ! Renault, your staff needs to be trained to handle customer issues effectively, rather than misleading people and requiring escalation to get taken seriously , this is very bad for Renault!
