Renault Fourways -RIP

Renault Fourways has to be the worst dealership I've come across. *Not my first problem with them

From the beginning of buying a new vehicle till now I've had nothing but problems after problems.

The problem at hand right now is that I was offered a 'Take a break' vehicle finance holiday of 1 month in which I was meant to be allowed a payment holiday of one month after the duration of payments being made over a year.

However, the dealership namely Koketso had 'Forgotten' to put this down on the contract. Wesbank has now declined my payment holiday

So now I want to know what's going to be done?
