Renault Fourways are dishonest ******
Renault Fourways are dishonest. From giving me the run around since last Dec. Today I received a call to say my warranty expired on 19th of October 2018. I told the lady that in my last service, the guy who assisted me told me that the warranty expires end of January. The lady insisted that my warranty expired in October 2018 and that is why my warranty claim has been declined.
I then asked the lady to send me proof of the expiry date, also called the initial dealership I bought my car from to also send me the expiry date of my warranty. Turns out that Renault Fourways **** about the expiry date, I am not sure why. The lady delayed in sending the proof I had asked for so I called them again and imformed her that I have proof that my warranty expires January 2019 and she should proceed to send me proof she has of the expiry date being October 2018. After mentioning that I have proof that is only when the lady sent an email to apologies. Had I not questioned her regarding dates, I would probably have to pay for the replacement of the parts myself.
Now they want my service history, should that not be on their systems because I do all my services through Renault. This is such an inconvinience.
Stop with the ***** tendencies please.
