Renault fourways

Renault Fourways is the worst dealership in SA. They have the worst service. When you get there and report issues in your car, they act like they professional and all. Then when you get back yo collect your car , they tell you all "they did" but then my car sounds worse.

I bought my car in 2018 December and I still don't have my spare key, I have been told its delayed from Renault.

I took my car for its first and second service there and the sound just keep getting worse. They told me there's nothing they can do about the sound due to the model of the car, I have friend driving the same car with no issue like mine.

I need renault SA to please review this because their service keeps getting worse by the years.
