Renault East Rand

I'm so disgusted with Renault for not keeping their promise. I went in to get assistance with my hooter and the guy actually mentioned to me what the fault was before I even exactly explained. This told me this is a problem. I told him I need help and told me I need to replace it . He quoted me close to R4000 and I said I will have to save for this. I then find out this is a factory fault which is still under warranty and I have been trying to get help since. It's 6 months later and a traffic ticket later Renault hasn't helped me .
