Renault Duster poor quality

I bought a 2021 Renault duster brand new from Renault centurion and 11 months started giving gearbox failure alarm . Then after two relearning attempts the car still is faulty. To make matters worse I can not even be given a loan car as they claim they do not have cars to loan… I thought buying brand new was peace of mind ? Never again I will be buying this poor quality brand with no proper warranty.
