Renault Duster cathing fire

On 4 March 2018 my wifes Renault Duster's wiring harness starts melting and the power steering seize working as well as other controls of the vehicle.The vehicle is still under guarantee so we phoned road side assistance,they suggest that we do not drive any further and said we have to tow it home what we have done ourselves they then arranged that the car would be fetched from our house by a local towing company Monday 5March.All this was done they then informed us that they will fix the Duster ,we requested a courtesy car and that's where all start becoming sour.(SPARES TO BE FLOWN IN FROM France)they said we can get a car but need to pay an access of R1500 plus other conditions of a full tank off fuel when we hand back the car.We weren't happy but decide to do it with the understanding that the R1500 will be refunded to us when we return the courtesy car,but then a person of Renault SA phoned my wife and said we also need to pay some admin fees as well before receiving the coutesy car. My wife then were very upset and told them to keep there car.Our concern is that Renault Eastvaal didn't try to assist us in any way we are paying our instolment this month for a broken down car and we sit without a car.A car which have a manufacturers problem seems like the Ford Cuga and there is absolute no assistance to be of any aid to us.Why do we have to pay for a courtesy car.We absolute understand that the spares might take long that was the only issue which we understand clearly.
