Renault doesn't care

My vehicle has been sent to Dent Doctor, facilitated by Renault Bryanston (as the warranty is through their branch) because there was rust on the boot which was pointed out to Renault Bryanston. My vehicle has since been returned to me twice with the same problem (although it was approved by Renault SA and was deemed to have been repairer). In addition my vehicle is now making a terrible squeaking noise which it did not before. I will have to inconvenience myself for the fifth time to take the vehicle back again.

The lack of quality control and customer service at Renault Bryanston and complete lack of accountability is shocking. Renault Bryanston blame the problem on Dent Doctor and on Renault SA but have failed to check that they work was even done (although very visible) twice now.

I will not be supporting this brand in future.
