Renault do not seem to take responsibility to their customers

I am astonished at the lack of concern by RENAULT after I posted a scathing report 4 weeks ago on Hellopeter. Copies of my report were also sent to both RENAULT France and RENAULT South Africa and no one responded. Just shows the lack of responsibility RENAULT have for their customers. I would suggest that anyone thinking of buying a RENAULT should think twice. This is the opinion of just one of their customers but there may be many more.
