Renault Deathnault! Car dealership from death

I’m 2017 I saw a car that was being sold at the Renault Bellville Capetown with the help of a salesman from the Durban Renault who’s name is Don. Don managed to get the car down to Durban for me after waiting for over a month for the car to arrive. Perhaps that alone was where I should have listened to my gut and gone for another brand. On arrival the car was not the car on the picture posted by Bellville and the car was a year older than described. Because I was desperate I struck a deal with manager George and Don that instead of R189k I would buy the car for R160k all inclusive Finance was already approved so everything was fine except the car had no spare car as promised nor memory card for the navigator Don the promised on the day I collected that these would be avail within a week, this was March 2017 Today my car has more problems a 15 years old car would have. Not only does The engine is faulty, it’s had a ding ding ding sound that it makes when you accelerate but the key card has now stopped working with no spare key available as promised upon signing. This car has been in an accident before but this again wasn’t advised to me on purchasing

Today I went into Renault, spoke to George sales manager and told him that I needed help with starting my car. It takes atleast an hour for my key card to eventually work and the car to start. George kept on insisting he couldn’t do much because don no longer works there. This I didn’t understand because don is ‘ just a salesman’ regardless of the fact that he ****ed up the deal from the get go but managers are there to follow up on signed deals. A gentleman by the name MR Manci tried assisting us by finding keys from the Spares sitting there to which no of them was mine.

Eventually I lost it and I decided to leave. I couldn’t leave because my ignition didn’t recognize the keys. I sat there for atleast 1:30h trying to start up the new car I got from them last year and George had no remorse nor was he willing to help me

My finance has gone from R160k to about 350k which in itself is a *******

I’m done with Renault and would suggest not one person buys a car from them I don’t want this car and the only way this will be resolved is if we cancel this deal and I cut ties with Renault

I’ve been ****** from, **** to, cheated and humiliated by them and it’s gone too far

This will probably fall on deaf ears too just like the rest of the other things that have been happening since I bought this stupid car!!!!
