So when a customer has a complaint you BLOCK them so they don't warn other customers

Went on Renault SA complaining about the Kigers, which are very dangerous cars to drive, all you get is can we have your phone number and they get a manager to call and then you have to CONSTANTLY send your car in for services

These cars have so many issues, revs high, battles to accelerate, has no power on up hills or flat roads, oil leaks, rattles, horrible grinding noise, everything is braking in the car 😱

My advise do more research and see how many complaints are going around on Google not just their social media
