Renault Dealers are a big NO & a ****

I bought a Renaul Kwid in 2017, the car has break issues (they squeak) since day 1, they told me they wiped the breaks an they are meant to sound like that since the car is new, i took the car to them again earlier this year and they did the same thing, now they are telling me to pay for the breaks because they a re a wear and tear, WHY ON EARTH SHOUL I PAY FOR THEIR FAULTS, and why isnt there some form of protection for consumers re this, their head office line doesnt go through. im struggling with a new car more than my collegue who bought himself a second hand car that drives perfectly fine. Renault dealers a re a ****!!!
