renault customer service NOT!!!

Please try and phone Renault customer service on ***, and ***, and you will be as frustrated as me. They give me a number to lodge a complain with Niel Erasmus, and even that number does not answer. You listen to music for more than 10 min, and the phone was not even answered. They do not know their own product as well. Maybe that one reason they dont want to speak to their customers. I'm boiling.
