Renault. Customer Service? Not!

Customer Service? Not!. I was travelling to Natal, and my fuel tank light kept dropping within minutes, even though my tank was full. I checked to see there was no fuel dripping out the bottom of my car. I called Renault Bryanston and asked to speak to a technican. No was the answer. The technicians are not allowed to speak to the public. May I speak to a manager? No. You must bring the car in to be checked. Perhaps you don't understand, a woman travelling on thier own, on an open road between Jhb and Nottingham Road, cannot just bring the car in, but it would be nice to just be able to speak to someone who can put ones mind at rest that the problem is not serious.
