Renault - Courtesy vehicle

My vehicle has been with Renault Umhlanga since last Wednesday (11/02/26). I have been contacting the dealership telephonically and via email multiple times. I am in need of a courtesy vehicle as I rely on my 7 seater for daily use.

I have spent over R2500 on alternate arrangements over the past 7 days. I have been going back and forth with both Renault gateway and SA regarding a courtesy vehicle. The service is extremely terrible.
