Renault Clutch Kit replacement (Qualitative defect)

Good Day,

I would like to lodge a formal complain against Renault Woodmead.

In Jan 2024 my Renault Triber would not start and I had an engine fault error on the dashboard. It was towed to Renault Woodmead and I was informed that I need to replace the clutch kit and bearings. In Dec 2024, history repeated itself and now I was told I need to replace the exact same part.

How is it possible that I had the car for 4 years before I had to replace the clutch kit and bearings now the frequency is less than 12 months. Nothing has changed in the way I have been driving the car.
