Renault Clio4 Fongkong

Im driving a Renault Clio4 Reg CS59WDGP bought from Renault Fountains, 2013. Its service interval is 15000km. I had brake problems at 10000km. The watre coolant container has been changed before 30000km, even the disck brakes. Last year in November I took it for brake pads change at Hatfield Renault but I was told theres something at gearbox that need to be changed. I was also threatened that if such is not changed Renault will not be responsible for any damage that may arise. And the car didnt show any warning that there is something wrong or to be attended to. Fine such was fixed, and i was tod it wont cost me a cent. By then the car was at about 66000km. On 25 jan 2017, the car broke down in the morning without a warning. I heard some noise of steel grinding at the fron left wheel. A passerby who was driving a Honda dealership car stopped and told me he used to work for Renault and the problem ii was experiencing might be the "drive shaft". The car couldnt move. I called Renault Road Assist. I was told they will come tow car, and its its a fault from my side I will have to pay. Fine< i agreed that they come tow. The car was dropped at Fountains on 25 jan. I did not receive any call from Renault Fountains. It was only yesterday I saw a missed call from Liquid Capita (guys who service renault Cars), I tried calling back their ********** 689 number but couldnt go through. I then called Renault Fountains Service Manager, Wynand, on his cell but did not respond. On 26 jan, I called him again, he didnt respond, I sent sms, but no response. I tried registering my concern on Renault SA wbsite on the problems i experience with this car which seem to a factory fault, but no response. I even tried Renault Global but they didnt respond. I am so disgruntled with Renault Fountains who received my car on 25 jan, and I have not received an sms or a call from them informing me of their problem car. Sometimes when I went to complain with brakes, the lady who works at Service Unit ADVISED me that I must drive slowly so that I dont always apply brakes and they will prolong. Silently i said what a sick joke. Another guy from Renault SA explained to me that the reason why the car is whistling when I apply brakes is beacuse of thei new well reserached breaking product which no longer use asbestos, and he advised that every day before going to work, I need to TAKE A HOSE PIPE WITH PRESSURED WATTER AND APPLY IT TOWARDS THE BRAKES. How on earth can I do that everyday, what an inconveneince amid water shortages. The service plan ended at 60000km, and when I took ot for last service I told them about the brake noise but they didnt change them and I was told its normal. How can whistling breakes be normal. I have never enjoyed that car and also the advice you get from staff is mostly with no sense, with no sense of customer care. Whwnever you take car to them at Fountains, first you are told of the cost of what you require, even if its covered by motor plan. Im fed up with this car.
