Renault Clio has Timing Chain Kit issue but I am expected to pay for it.

So I have been informed that Renault Clio has a Timing Chain Kit that becomes faulty yet I am expected to cover it because my car was serviced later than what I supposed to. None can tell me what caused the Timing Chain kit to fail, right now my life is at risk because it might cause more damage to my car. I bought my Car in 2015 June . 31 October 2017 two years later , there was an water leak , thermostat housing seal had to be replaced. 2018 March, Bearings were replace, gearbox refitted.( I spent two weeks without a car) Fast forward 2020 February_ Timing Chain Kit issue. I just cannot understand so many issues within a space of 4 years of owning the car, yet none can explain how my driving or taking car for service has caused the issues?
