Renault Clio GT Line Brake Issue

Last year we purchased brand new Clio GT Line, The vehicle had the nagging problem of brake noise always. Even during first service we had mentioned the same but no action was taken. And now at almost 15k km we get a fat bill of R 5000 for changing brake pads & brake discs. This is absolutely pathetic quality brake!!
