Renault Clearwater Roodepoort PATHETIC SERVICE

Renault at Clearwater Roodepoort is truly the most pathetic service station there is in the West Rand if not the whole of South Africa. Took my Clio in last week Thursday for them to see whats happening with my gears as im struggeling to get 3rd and 4th... . Got a call the afternoon that all is good with my car , they took it for a test drive and redid all their settings... Fetched my car and as I drove around the corner guess what same f@#?! problem. Got back to work and phone them, and to their surprise they cant understand as their workshop people said all is good and Job card also show all is good. Was told to bring the car in on friday again... Got their and over heard that my car never went for a test drive as no KM's was captured on the job card... So I asked for a courtesy car , and to see the manager... The never came out to see me ( yes she was there) she just phone the poor reception lady tellibg her to tell me that they will have a car for me on Tuesday and then I can book my car in. So Monday comes and I phone Joy to finalise the courtesy car and I was told sorry its a NO Go... I ask her to get her manager to phone me and till today no Fu#$&@ phone call.... worst part is this is not the first time they have let me down, on a previous visit last year my car was over heating and yet again I was told that its sorted, guess what I had to be towed to Roodepoort ontdekkers Renault that actually sorted my problem with no hassle... So Renault Clearwater I have never dealt with such pathetic service in my life not even to speak about your manager that doesn't even have the decency to face her clients... After all said and done I will never visit u guys again or buy a Renault again just because of your service... Just remeber word of mouth is always your best adverti*****t.... Joy pls move to the Roodepoort ontdekkers branch as u are a real diamond in the rough at the miserable place....
