Renault clearwater distasteful service

I am highly disappointed with the service l received , l called this morning to complain and l was told that the manager in charge is Theresa . The woman told me " if l calm down maybe they will assist me" . l paid over 20k end of May 2022 for them to sort out my vehicle and l am now experiencing the same issue again . Is it because l am a woman and l don't know anything about cars ? In December 2021 l paid almost 5k and then again in Feb 2022 l paid over 7k . Then l am told that l will be assisted if l calm down . What utter nonsense is this ? Renault Clearwater why do l deserve such ?
