Renault Centurion- worst aftersales!!

I bought my Renault Kiger intens CVT in 2022, and I've regretted it every day since. 6 months into driving the car, it overheated. Upon calling roadside assist, the dealer informed me a few days later that the coolant was leaking because the pump was not tightened. This was a mistake made at the point of manufacturing. Fast forward to a few months later, the petrol would go to reserve even though I've poured petrol. This has been more than once, the latest incident being a few days ago when I got stuck on the N1 during that heavy rain. No communication since, I've had to keep calling, no information on why this ongoing problem has not been resolved, no courtesy car. Worst service ever! My biggest regret ever! I've sent emails to all the "powers that be" including the complaints team. No acknowledgement, no response.
