Renault cater and internal ****ming

Hi I'm not sure how to explain, I app**** to cater renault for a Car, Renault said my monthly earnings to low, I was fine then got a call couple weeks after renault is offering my a kwid for amount 3700 pm and that car is approved, I went to dealership in durban for my service they said my car is not on the system and the Vin number is for a sliver polo, my car was not allowed. Renault was shock of how my car was given to me by delivery to my door and so I was complaining to them why my car is jot getting service and kept back from me renault never know what went on looking like an inside job some employees said. I am a casual work and not sure how my vehicle was approved, at westbank I gave back the car now. I want to know why renault did this to me and with what documents did they approve this vehicle, now wesbank wants to make me pay. How can I get some help on this matter please assist.
