Renault Car repairs for 6 months

The worst experience ever, my car has been at Renault Bloemfontein for the past 6months. It had a radiator problem on the 10th October 2022 and I took it to them then. They've been ordering parts since then to date. Every time I call they say they haven't got the ETA yet. I paid over R80 000 for my car to be fixed. And now I'm paying for something I'm not using. Renault is a ****... I would not advise anyone to buy Renault, that's worst decide you can ever do. I struggled every single day to get to and from work, and my job requires me to have transport. I tried communicating with Renault SA but they never assisted, actually they just don't care and now they're not responding to my emails
