Renault Captur tyre issue

I needed to replace a damaged tyre on a recently purchased Renault Captur (May 2015) only to find that no tyre dealer in the Western Cape could supply or find a replacement for the factory fitted Bridgestone. The spare is a space saver. I was advised by the dealer principle and sales person to replace the tyre with whatever was available as a short term solution until Renault could find a replacement or alternatively they would pay for a second tyre to match the replaced tyre, which is a Dunlop. Despite ongoing phone calls and promises nothing has happened in the past two months and a visit to the DP today resulted in a \its your problem"to buy another tyre if you want match the tyres on the same axle. Unacceptable response from Renault and I will never purchase another one of their vehicles!"""
