Renault Cape Town Spare Key Deception

<p>We purchased a vehicle from Renault Cape Town in 2016 and we are still waiting for the spare key of the vehicle. The salesman has already left the company making it even more difficult working with this business.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have contacted Renault Cape Town and spoke to the dealer principal on numerous occassions but still we await a single response. We are always told that there are plenty of spare keys of vehicles and they need to check. WHat type of operation is being run when you are able to mention that there are many spare keys of vehicles sold??</p> <p> </p> <p>In my experience, the dealership has proven that they do not care for their clients and that their after service is worth absolutely nothing</p>
