Renault Brynston

i took my car for service to Renault Brynston left it there when i pick it up my stuff in the car was ****** my 2 Joop perfume and my top gear was gone(R3200) ...i ask for surveillance footage they said the cameras was not working for 2 week...to my surprise how can a big company like that has no security cameras for 2 weeks with a property worth more then billion???? can someone make a sense of this.....Renault employee are *****'s with untruthful management
