Renault Bryanston terrible service levels

The service levels at Renault's Bryanston branch are terrible. I have sent my vehicle in to have the rust repaired on the roof and they took almost 3 months to arrange a courtesy vehicle, expected me to sign a contract where annexure A was missing, did not provide me with any progress at all and then omitted to actually repair the rust in spite of this being authorised by Renault and of them having held my vehicle for 2 weeks. Clearly no quality check was done by Renault Bryanston.

I was not provided with feedback as to how long my car would take even once and had to follow up on numerous occasions to at last be told i could fetch it the same afternoon. no forewarning.

I collected my vehicle trusting that the matter had been addressed and saw later that the exact rust spot that i pointed out was still present.

Renault has not apologised or even tried call or email me back despite me having called them three times to follow up in one day.

I will never use them again.
