Renault Bryanston - Poor Service

To Whom It May Concern,

About +- 2 weeks ago i filled up petrol at Engen on Main Road, as a norm i took the key out of the ignition and when i was done, I put the key back in a proceeded to start the car. This is when i noticed that the fuel gauge needle had not moved. I then contacted Renault Bryanston on ********** and advised them that the fuel gauge needed to be resetted. When I was at the branch I spoke to Chris Matthews (Services Manager) and he advised that the fuel tank might be faulty and that I needed to bring the car in when the range on the tank was at 150Kms left. On Saturday 11th August 2018, I called Renault Bryanston to book my car in and they said that the only date they could help me was 15th August 2018. On the 15th August 2018, I booked the car in and advised them that this would be covered by warranty plan that I have on the vehicle, I then received a car from the Services Department on 15th August 2018 and they advised that they found no problem with the car and then asked them to check the history. Now they have advised me that I they have to run another diagnostics report and they would let me know

I have been advised that I am on the list for a loan car, but when I originally spoke to Chris Matthews he advised that if I gave notice I would be able to have a loan car available.

The fact that I don't have a car to get to and from work puts me in a difficult position with regards to my job
