Renault Bryanston Horrible service

In June I bought a Getz from Renault Bryanston, I had it for 4 days when a noise came from the engine. Took it in for repairs, They tell me it's the cambelt. Got it back a few weeks later. The problem came back, only this time it was louder, again, it went back for repairs. They tell me it's the lifters. A week later, they \repaired"what was wrong"
