Renault Bryanston

<p>Renault have had my car since 30th Sept and were given the go ahead to repair it around 3rd Oct. Wrong part was ordered - and so 10 days later still have no car. Will not arrange a loan car for me as they are all out (even tomorrow) I need my car for work purposes (work for an NPO so no - do not have money or cars to assist.) Not covered by Insurance for this - No help fortrhcoming and no update on staus of my car at all from Manager. All I am asking them to do is lend me a car to compensate for their error. I cannot continue to be without a car.</p>
