Renault broke my Clio

Renault Silverlakes broke my Clio after replacing an oil sender. My Clio has always been serviced by Renault dealerships. I was informed to replace a “small” part with the last service. It was replaced on the Saturday, and on Monday 14/02/2022 my car broke down next to the road. My car was towed-in and I was then informed that big jobs like this should not have been booked on Saturdays, all parts were not refitted and thus the breakdown. My car was damaged after that, to the extent that I was quoted R13612.30 to replace the oil pump. Which after replacement was found was not faulty. Renault Silverlakes then concluded that the vehicle need to be stripped to isolate the fault and it will cost R20920.70. I really doubted their abilities as a dealership at this stage and requested a second opinion. They drove my vehicle from Renault Silverlakes to Renault Centurion, at least 50 km with this broken car. Damaging it even further. They must have realised their fault and for a brief period I could borrow a car from Renault Silverlakes. At this stage Renault SA became involved. Instead of just asking me to return the borrowed vehicle, I was insulted and threatened by Renault SA over email that if I do not return the borrowed vehicle it will be reported ****** to the Police. On 27 June 2022 Renault SA sent a closing letter was sent via email to my friend, They did not sent it to me the owner of the vehicle. In the closing letter Renault SA, state I should escalate my complaint to The Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa. Clearly they are not interested in good customer care. To conclude I had a working car and they damaged my car after replacing parts and damaging it further by driving a broken car.
