Renault Bloemfontein Service.

16 December 2020 I took my Renault Kwid to Renault Bloemfontein for his 75 000km service. I made sure my car was first in line that day for service, as I made sure I early to drop off my car that morning. I was surprised to learn that they only started to work on my car 11h30. Elaine (the service manager) called throughout the day to inform me that my CV Boot was faulty but lucky still under warranty, Elaine informed me that they did not have the part in stock and will order the part and call me for another appointment. 21 December 2020 Renault informed me that the part arrived. 30 December 2020 I took my car in to get the CV Belt replaced. At 15h00 Elaine informed me that Renault ordered the wrong part and I can collect my car. They promised to call again to replace the CV Belt. Today (27 January 2021) Renault have failed to replace the faulty CV Belt that is still under warranty. In the meantime, on 21 January 2021 my Renault kwid had a breakdown. On my way home I stepped on the break to stop at a robot, the steering wheel locked and the breaks did not work. The engine cut off as well. I informed Renault's roadside assistance and cobra towing came to fetch my car. The next morning (22 January 2021) I called Renault to make sure they received my car. Again I spoke to Elaine, which informed me that Renault is not aware of the breakdown, as cobra towing should contact them to deliver the car. I then called cobra towing which informed me that Renault should contact them as they did not have any information regarding the car since the just did the towing. At 12h00 Elanie informed that my car arrived at Renault. She also informed me that I am not their only customer and that my car will not be done at the end of the day. My car stayed there over the weekend. On Monday (25 January 2021) no one from Renault contacted me to inform me about my car. I tried to be patient, as I was not their only customer. 26 January 2021, I called Renault, since no one again contacted me. They informed me that Elaine was busy and will call me back. 3 hours later she still did not call back, so I called again. She informed me that they have looked at the car but could not find any fault, she assured me that I will get my car back that day, but she will confirm later on. 16:00 I have not heard anything from Elanie and called her again, she said that she was unsure and will call me back. She called me and informed me that I can fetch my car as they could not find any fault. When I picked my car up, she again told me that 3/5 people tested the car and could not find a fault. On my way back from work on 27 January 2021, my Renault kwid did the very same thing they had to tow the car on the 21st of January. But like they said there is nothing wrong with the car.
