Renault benoni and boksburg

I took my vehicle to renault benoni to their so called work shop, as I had a problem with the vehicle, no one was willing to assist with out booking in the vehicle. I took the vehicle to renault boksburg, very same story, vehicle needs to be booked and R1000 plus required. Toyota and Suzuki are so much different and better than Renault dealerships, I have been calling the customer care number on the internet but the numbers don't even go through, I do like renault but the experience I had with renault benoni and renault boksburg is not at all pleasing.
