Renault bad service

We have a 2020 Renault Sandero 900t expression, we 1st noticed the problem around 38500km, when you start the car in the mornings 1st gear and reverse gears SHUTTERS, i then thought it was maybe coz the car was cold, so the next morning i started the car and let it warm up for 5min before driving, it still had the shuttering, we then got stuck in traffic and thats when it felt worse that the car felt like its shaking apart, and you have to high rev it and slowly let go of clutch, then thinking that it was clutch and pressure plate, i booked the car in at Renault Tableview on the 09/01/2023 at 38653km, they then Bled the clutch and said road tested after bleeding clutch no fault occured, if fault presists l, clutch kit to be replaced.

4 or 5 months went pass it still did it some morning but not as bad, i then asked then cant they replace it they never got back to me...

My 45000km came up so i thought let me take it to another dealership and see what they say, at this point it started doing it more offten and in traffic gets worse.

I made a booking at Renault Paarden Eiland on the 07/06/2023 at 43971km and told them to check the shuttering aswell as my wiper blades back and front to be replaced as its leaving stripes...

On the 09/06/2023 we went to fetch our car, they said the service manager drove our car in traffic and all over and that its a commen problem with the sanderos and that they cant replace anything as its a manufacturing issue, i then told them that Renault then needs to recall the car or replace the problem then, they just said nothing and cant be done..

After taking delivery they said the wiper blades are still good dont need replacing and all they did was a last normal service...

I thought im going nuts or my eyes are not good but everytime it rains it blurs up,i was ready to get rid of this car and still is, just so sad i still have 2 years left on finance.

On the 9th of September i went to midas and bought new wiper blades, the guy who works there told me that those wiper blades are so brittle and worn out its amazing i didnt had an accident yet, i said to him i just thought the rain was so bad i could not see...

3 month after my last service with Renault them knowing it was my last service warrenty, i need to pay for the stuff they didnt want to fix at the time we asked them to, you telling me 3 months after renault said wipers are still good they got brittle so bad, and no the car still shutters and inget told need to pay almost R7000 to R15000 to replace clutch and pressure plate... But when all this problems started was in my warrenty and service plans, no it will cost me.

I feel like they will do and come up with so many stories to why they cant do things just to wait it out till you have to pay for it.

Ive always liked Renault and was a fan till now, now i just want to sell the car, but coz we still have finance on it im stuck with it
