Renault bad service

Been trying to get Renault to call me after many calls and mails but no one seems to really care. Even though my Renault Kiger is brand new, I am having endless issues with Renault. Looks like they got paid so no need to worry about the client. Renault Kiger and the Triber looks like a cheap manufactured vehicle. I am now ready to take this to the consumer council if my problem is not resolved urgently
