Renault Bad Service

I have had the worst aftersales service from Renault SA, I assume its because I bought a demo car they don't care or I have already bought the car so I am not their problem anymore. I purchased a Renault Sandero Stepway in June 2017 from Imperial Umhlanga, upon buying this car I used to hear a rattle in the steering wheel and was unsure what it was. So in my service in September 2017 Newcastle Renault advised me that the steering wheel is damaged and also the airbag. To which I said I had just bought the car why would the steering wheel be damaged. For three months there was conversation between Renault South Africa as to who needs to sort this out. Eventually while I was driving a potentially risky car for 3 months Renault in Durban took my car in, 27 December and they got the parts and I was advised it was fixed and I received it around the 5th of January. Saturday the 18th of February a malfunction light went off and my steering wheel went hard. As it was late I calles Renault Newcastle Monday morning and they towed my vehicle. I got no feedback for 2 days, eventually whenI received feedback again no one knows what to do. Friday the 23rd today I call and ask to speak to a manager who says the steering wheel is damaged, he'll send me the quote to pay. To which I say I have just received this car a month back and it was fixed for this same issue. To which h the manager Rishal said to me that he didn't fix it (so is Renault Newcastle and Renault Durban and Renault SA different companies?) He then went further to tell me he will send the quote and I can speak to whomever I like (really, so instead of trying to help me resolve the matter I must figure myself out). To which now I have contacted the ombudsman because surely as a customer I have the right to satisfactory conduct. This is the last time I buy a Renault because if this is the kind of service I am to anticipate in future, I cannot handle it. Sadly its my first Renault and its not even a year old and already I am being treated like trash.
