Renault antenna

I purchase a 2016 renault sandero stepway last month with the antenna loose and headlights shining to the floor i then contact the dealership where i purchased it from to sort the defects out on the unit. Which they did sort the antenna out but not the headlights. On the weekend i adjusted the antenna for a better signal it broke off the unit went to the dealership they said its out of warranty so i have to purchase a new one. Which im not satified with cause the antenna was loose the dealership must have over torque the unit resulting it to break with a touch please rectify this problem before i take further steps
