Renault Alberton poor service

It's been a month now still waiting for my car window to get fixed from Renault Alberton, at first when I took it in for service Chrystal said she'll call back for me to bring it as soon as they get parts yesterday I call Paul tells me Chrystal is on maternity leave and there's nothing about my car's window, said he'l call back till now... This is the poorest service ever
