Renault Alberton

<p>So frustrated with the service at Renault Alberton. My car was taken in for repairs and initially this was a warranty claim and they had told me that the claim has been approved and they will begin fixing the car on the 20th of December 2016. I was told that i could get a courtesy car if the parts take longer than 2 weeks to arrive and since the parts for my car should be in soon i won't be offered one. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 30th of December when I called to get an update on how the repair is going i was told my car not being fixed as there were further damages that the warranty does not cover but no one called me to tell me about this. </p> <p> </p> <p>Over two weeks ago i made the deposit so they can begin fixing my car but everyday i call i get told that they are waiting for parts. This is after being told that all my parts are locally available and they should take 2-3 days to be delivered hence i do not qualify to get a courtesy car.</p>
