Renault: a clown car?
On 10 September 2018, I ordered parts from Renault Tableview, worth about R28000. After waiting for 17 days for the parts to arrive, the parts were received by my panelbeater. Bearing in mind that I supp**** the VIN number, as required by the Parts Department, the panelbeater informed that the lamp that was delivered was incorrect. Upon, requesting that this be exchanged, I was told this would not be possible. If I were to return this part, I would lose 75% of the money I paid for it. I mean, am I stupid or is this unreasonable?? I have sent NUMEROUS emails without much joy about this exchange. I am beginning to think their internet connection is faulty. This is the THIRD time that I am experiencng problems with this company - from three different branches.
I am pretty sure that I am protected by the Consumer Protection Act regarding this matter.
Renault, please tell me, do you intentionally employ *********** employees or are all of them "happy" accidents due to you wanting to destroy your brand??
Yours in anger!
