Renault

Not happy at all about the service at Renault. I bought a new car with 0km on 13 December 2018 but the car is having too much factory faults and if I ask them to change it for me they refuse. The car is with them as from 2 September until date and I'm using public transport. This is not for the 1st time the car standing but the 4th time.
